Central Lyon County Fire District traces its roots back to the dedicated volunteer fire departments that protected our communities for generations. Today, we continue that legacy through our career and volunteer professionals serving Dayton, Silver Springs, Stagecoach, Mound House, Silver City, and communities throughout Central Lyon County.

Every day, our members stand ready to answer the call. We believe strong public service requires personal ownership, professionalism, compassion, and empathy for those experiencing some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

As Central Lyon County continues to grow and evolve, so does our District. We remain focused on innovation, operational excellence, and preparing our organization to meet new challenges. Whether handling daily emergencies or operating in the midst of chaos, our personnel are trained to remain steady under pressure and decisive in action.
